Feyisetan (Feyi) Adunbi MSW, LMSW, C-ASWCM, CCBTS is a Clinical Social Worker (MSW Senior – Clinical Scholar level) at Michigan Medicine, where she is the Program Director for Social Work Graduate Education.

She holds a Masters Degree in African Studies with concentration in Women, Gender & Sexuality from Yale University. In addition, she obtained an MPA from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. Feyi has worked in various healthcare settings including inpatient, outpatient, and private practice; and has recently become involved in scholarly research, and is the lead investigator on an IRB-approved research project on cannabis as a complementary treatment option among Head & Cancer patients. Feyi’s background is in activism, human rights advocacy, and development work.

She had worked on Women & Children’s rights issues – specifically addressing gender-based violence, discrimination, health and education, and women’s participation in grassroots politics in Nigeria. In her spare time, Feyi is an active volunteer with a local
chapter of the American Red Cross, where she is a member of the Disaster Mental Health (DMH) team, Integrated Care Condolence Team (ICCT) and Service to the Armed Forces Program.
